1. Complete the Page
A complete Page answers the basics before anyone has to ask.
- The right category, your address or service area, and opening hours.
- A contact button: call, Messenger or WhatsApp.
- A cover image that shows what you do, and your logo as the profile picture.
- A short "About" that says what you offer and where.
2. Post what people stop for
Mix your real work, products, customer stories, useful tips and the occasional offer. Video and clear photos of real things do better than text-only posts. Write in the language your customers use.
3. Comments and Messenger
Every comment and message is a public signal that you are responsive. Reply quickly, keep answers short and helpful, and move serious enquiries to a call or WhatsApp.
4. Groups and community
Many conversations happen in Facebook groups: local, industry or interest groups. Take part helpfully as your business, and follow each group's rules instead of only posting ads.
5. Ads
Facebook ads let you choose an objective (reach, messages, website visits or sales), an audience by location and interests, and a budget. The same ads system can also show your ads on Instagram.
- Start with one objective per campaign.
- Test two or three versions of the creative.
- Send people somewhere ready: a clear page, a Messenger or WhatsApp chat, or a form.
6. Measure
Use the Page and ads reports to track messages, calls, website visits and sales, and review them monthly before changing the plan.
